5G Home Internet Promotions

I purchased the 5G home internet service and part of the signing up for the service you got up to $250 Amazon card a JBL sound box and a $200 Verizon gift card. I have a receipt showing these offers. I had already talked to representative on chat about not being able to figure out how to redeem the offers and they told me that I would get an email when the time is near. Well it's already been 2 months and I'm still figuring out how to activate/redeem the Verizon $200 gift card offer. I did finally get the Amazon gift card. You would think the Verizon one would be easier. I don't see any information about it in my account and they are too important to just forget about. Can somebody please help me figure out how to redeem the promotion? I don’t have time to “chat” for another hour on this subject. Can someone review prior chat history?

I am having the same issue as the both above. I was able to redeem the Amazon one but not the Verizon one. It has been difficult.

From there, enter your date of purchase, and promo code.
