What can I do to get a new ONT box?
- I can't get no "real person" or "chat with us" never arrives to an answer.
- Calling real-person always hangs up my phone after a minute
- Chat with us always loops me, never helpful

FIOS has been working well last 1 year.
All of a sudden, ONT keeps on flashing Data, I keep having to
- restart ONT multiple times a day
- run Verizon Support app multiple times a day
- this app sometimes fixes and sometimes don't
Is the issue with the ONT? I have been using Verizon provided router, as well as my personal one to troubleshoot. It's the ONT. It just gets no data once in awhile.
