Verizon Family

My daughter and I use it for each locations. Worked fine until the app just glitched. keeps switching screens like it's trying to load, kind of like a strobe light and won't work. I've tried to get help from Verizon and no one has responded besides one tech saying for us to both delete the app and reinstall. Other than that,they say a tech is going to chat to help but no one comes on . Still isnt working. Anyone ?

Hi, based of what you described assuming that you chatted in for support from Service Central. If not done already, the best avenue to get app support is by reaching out to the Verizon Family Team directly with their support email address. This information is found on the Play Store 'App support' section.

I'm wondering if there is some login issue with My Verizon affecting the Verizon Family app, since Verizon Family is tied to your Verizon account. It's been a while since I had the "strobe light screen switching" thing happen, but I remember it well because I couldn't login to my account one night. The issue was fixed by the next day. Must've been something with one of the servers.
