I had my student discount taken away this month and my bill went up $50 with no warning whatsoever. They just charged my autopay and didn't inform me at all of this increase. I've been with Verizon for over a decade and all they can do is increase my bill. I spoke to a representative over chat and they gave me some generic answer saying that I'm not eligible for any other discounts. I will unfortunately be looking elsewhere as Verizon seems to be going backwards compared to other competitors.
