I went into a store to add another line to my account which has the legacy Beyond Unlimited plans. They were really pushy to have me update all my lines to the Unlimited plus w/100 Gig Hotspot so I left to review the information. I currently have 3 lines total on the beyond unlimited but my one line has about 1/2 of a trade-in promotional credit running. If I switch 2 lines to Unlimited Plus, plus add a 4th unlimited plus and transfer mine to unlimited ultimate will I lose the trade-in promotional credit? The customer service rep in chat said I would but different forums say I won't. How do I add the 4th line if I have to stay with Beyond Unlimited plans due to the promo? To get the phone promo I would have to upgrade then lose $550 to be forced to pay-off a trade-in promo to get a $650 phone credit for the new line? I don't understand why this has to be so confusing.
