Hi. it seem as though the worst part of Verizon is the customer service reps ! I was a new customer.My account was totally discombobulated. They were charging my account at Will. I called to speak to someone about it and when you asked the difficult questions they would just hang up . customer service was say the store rep did something wrong. I’ve been back to the store several times the store says that customer service don’t know what they speaking on. I am so frustrated with Verizon right now. I truly move back to Verizon because I thought they were the best I did not want aggravation since I got this account. I have received nothing but aggravation. I moved everything over there cell phones, Internet watches and even a home phone that apparently they messed that up. I don’t have any home phone service at this time Am I the only person having these problems with Verizon
