I wanted to not belive the reviews when I switched back to Verizon from ATT. I took a chance and switched anyways. I have been fighting them for months for a $714 pay off your phone rebate. I have spent way too much time on the phone with Verizon only to get nowhere. Even if they have better service, its not worth the hassle, headache and money you will waste

Is there any possibility you were signed up with some other offer than the up to $800 pay off your old contract offer? The reason I ask is because discounts and promotions are not stackable.
