I am wondering if I can get Fios internet service in my area. It only have 5G Home Internet and I would like a way to open a FAST ticket to get Fios in my area.

FAST Tickets can be opened by calling Verizon and speaking with their Sales department. They might not be able to get a FAST Ticket open if your immediate area isn't already equipped with Fios, and that is usually an issue which boils down to whether or not Verizon has plans to deploy Fios in your area.
Are you signed up on the Verizon website to receive notifications for Fios availability? That is another way to express your interest in the service.
