I have received a message from VERIZON salesmen in Feb, he told me that I can upgrade the internet for free, I agreed, but the nightmare is beginning
I have received an email on 5/26 that it told me I have to pay $450.9, otherwise, it will transfer to collection. I used the verizon to chating with the customer service to explain this, she said she could help me to resuspend for other 90 days and verizon can help me to clarify it. But on 5/27, I contact customer service and they told me that the charge has transfer to collections. Since that day, I have contacted customer service many times, someone told me I have to call financial, but no one pickup the phone. Someone told me there is representative wlll contact me, someone said I will get reply by email. But they are totally not happen at all, NOTHING!!!
I called or live chatting with the customer service, they are good but no one can solve the problem. THEY ALWAYS SAID SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU OR EMAIL TO YOU, BUT NOTHING HAPPEN AT ALL!!!
I have to continue to call every single customer service, this is so frustrated and drive CRAZY!!!
