I am trying to get help to resolve notices I'm getting from Verizon about my account being delinquent. I closed my Verizon Wireless account near the end of June, my last bill being paid by June 16th. Now, I've been receiving emails saying that I owe more as if the account was not closed and that my service was about to be cut off. I can't log into my old account to check any of this because it was closed when I cancelled my service. Since my account doesn't exist, I can't log into any of the support options either to try and resolve this. I try to give it the phone number and account number that is referenced in the email sent by Verizon attached to my iPad (My service was for a phone and tablet), but it can't find any account. I would call, but I refuse to pay a $10 fee in order for Verizon to sort out this issue after not cancelling my account. So I'm request support here to resolve this immediately.
