I see a lot of questions about downloading files (pictures, videos, documents, etc.) from Verizon Cloud to a PC. It is actually quite easy. It took me a while to find the solution, but here are the steps:
- Download and install the Verizon Cloud - Windows Desktop App .
- Sign in using your Verizon account login username and password.
- Open Verizon Cloud - Windows Desktop App.
- Click on the 3 dots in the small Verizon Cloud window in the lower right corner of the screen and select Settings/My Devices.
- If you have had multiple phones with Verizon, they will all be listed by their model number.
- Click the down arrow next to the phone you want to download all the files from.
- Select "Download all".
This will download all files from this phone that were backed up on Verizon Cloud without removing them from the cloud. They will be saved on your PC in (example):
C:\Users\Owner\VerizonCloud-Downloads\VZMOBILE\My Samsung SM-G900V
Repeat for your other phones . Hope this helps.
