Buckle up, this is insane. Over a year ago my wifes and my phone started showing us over 2 hours away in a different state because of the IP addresses. You wouldn't think thats so bad, but if you try to search for anything near you, gee you get results for where your IP says you are. If it is emergency like my disabled wife had, and try to call 911.... guess what. Emergency services for close to the IP address. At the time of the emergency i had been trying to get this fixed for about 3 months. In all i have waited over a year, wasted over 80 hours with support and still have no solution. Support has been blatantly rude, closed tickets that are never solved, and tell you that they are going to give it to a superior while they just leave the ticket as in progress
