Unacceptable I am so disappointed and angry with Verizon and the ays they do things! This is ridiculous. I've been a customer for 6 years, and not only did they screw me over when I was supposed to get the $1,000 credit when upgrading my phone (I went into a store 2 times and they told me a box would be sent so I could send in my old device. A few days after the time was up, I went back, and all of a sudden I should have made sure the box was coming - like you told me it was coming?!!) so now I have a horrible new phone that glitches, but I have my old phone laying around. NOW I CAN'T ACCESS MY CLOUD? That's insane and such a nasty way to handle things. I OVERPAY for 6 years, and y'all just delete my stuff because I can't pay for 1 month?!?!?!
Now I can't login to chat with an agent, it puts my account in deactivated account mode so that's not an option. But I can't call because my service is cancelled!! I have screen recorded 30 minutes of me trying and trying but every time something comes up or it randomly logs me out. You can tell they have it set up that way just to make things impossible! That's wild. yall are wild thinking this is okay. I hope all your chargers only work at a certain angle and your phone always runs slow!! 🤬🤬🤷🏻🤷🏻
