Dear Verizon team,
I have ported my number 919***9638 out from Verizon on early June. At that moment, Verizon immediately closed my account therefore I had no way to see the bill. Also there's no way I can login anymore. I have called a representative and they helped me to proceed the last payment, they provided me a website and I paid out the last bill. They also helped me to move all remaining lines in the family plan to a different account.
Now after months, I am no longer using the number anymore and left the U.S.. However, I still got emails from Verizon for unpaid bills, which increases monthly. I have no idea what’s going on because I couldn’t login, I do not want to pay huge international fee to call the Verizon number, because it’s extremely hard to get a real representative online, and the previous representative didn’t solve the problem either. Why there are recurring bills without any services? Is there someone else using my identity? Please help me to clear the account, thanks.
