Does anyone know what I should do in this situation? We have 3 phone numbers that are supposed to be receiving a promotion but on our bill only 2 phone numbers are receiving a monthly credit. When I went to the store they tried to fill out an MFB (or something like that) but they said it got denied because it already shows a promotion on the phone number. They showed me and there are 3 little red icons which means 3 phone numbers have promotions. But on our bill only 2 numbers are getting any actual money/credit each month. I tried calling Verizon and the person was nice but then the call just dropped after 20 minutes and no one ever called back. I have no idea how to proceed. We already traded in the phone and Verizon has it, but we aren't getting any credit for the promotion. Right now it's as if we bought the device full-price with no trade-in but that's not right -- we gave them our old phone and were supposed to get the monthly promotion credit. It's so frustrating. I've been a Verizon customer for 19 years and things just seem to be getting worse. I will take and advice if anyone has been through the same situation.
