I finished my mobile account one month ago, in that moment, with a call I paid all the aumount that was pending.
But, what is my surprise, that Verizon claims me some money again and the funniest part is that I can’t pay it because the line is not active anymore and I can’t login. Has someone got the same problem? Someone from Verizon, please write me in a private mode to solve it?
