Hello! There are a few different ways to get the $200 gift card. You can sign into your MyVerizon account online. Access the rebate from My Notifications or by navigating to My Orders>Rebates. Review information and click Submit.You can also use the MyVerizon app. Access rebate forms through My Notifications>in App Alerts or Shop>Orders>Rebates. Review information and click Submit.You'll get an email confirmation after the submission is complete. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you're not seeing it right away. The Amazon gift card will arrive via email within 8 weeks of the submission.
