Latest promotion

I was given the run around at the Colerain store. They told me the promotion was trading in my phone for a small up charge per month. Paid $150 in store to offset some of the fees/taxes. Just got the trade in value back and it was a fraction of what they told me in the store($830 now $80) Now expecting me to pay full price after I’ve already traded and sent in my phone. Wiped clean after factory reset.

Part of the promotion was trade in your phone and get an iPhone 16. No explanation of details like this after the fact when they take advantage of not full explaining what’s going on. This is sleight of hand.

In the trade in agreement there is mention of market value. THERE WAS NEVER MENTION OF MARKET VALUE IN STORE. THIS IS MISLEAD AND DO NOT DO IT IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY HOLDING AN OLDER PHONE. SWITCH CARRIERS. THIS IS COMPLETELY MISLEADING CONSUMERS.

Hey we’re running a promotion for a new Air Conditioning unit for your house. We will take the old one from your property for a discount on the new unit! After the customer moves forward, signing a contract that shows they will use market pricing for your old unit they leave you with a thousand dollar bill. Claiming your old unit is worthless and gives you nothing towards the new unit. How is this legal? Never did the AC company say they are going to use market rate pricing for an out dated AC unit. Only afterwards, after you sign a contract thinking you’re getting money off the new unit.
