I placed my order on July 29 and set the start date as August 12, it became on hold and asked for proof of residence. I uploaded and the verification team said it's 'released'. On August 12, it was still on hold and I didn't receive the router, so I contact the customer service again and they told me to upload proof of residence again, which I did. The 'on hold' status disappeared after I made another call and set the start date as August 17. However, on August 14, it became 'on hold' again. I uploaded the proof again and called the verification team and customer service. Everytime, I got the same answer that the order is 'released' and 'you should receive the router on August 17'. It is August 17 now, no router, no service, no nothing. It has been over 5 days since I moved in and I still have no internet service.
