I recently ported my 2 numbers to another carrier, but I just got a final bill for nearly $1200 when I paid about $240 a month. I tried to log in to my account online in every way possible (even the disconnected account options), but nothing works. There must be an error because it's well beyond what I paid monthly and what I'd think I'd have to pay to terminate service.
Is there no way for me to contact someone online for this? I've seen people get stuck in a loop with customer service over the phone and I'd like to avoid that. Thanks.
PS - it took me hours to figure out how to make an account on here just to get eyes on my situation - fun!
