I am moving to a residential building where I know that my upstairs neighbor has Fios Internet. But when I try to sign up, the website tells me I am entering a business address and then says that Fios is not available in the building. This is obviously untrue since the upstairs neighbor has it, and because I can see the Verizon box in the basement of the building. When I spoke with customer service, the couldn't help me and kept telling me to talk to the "business team" even though it's a residential address!
I have had Fios for several years and I would like to stay with them if I can, but I am moving shortly and need to set up internet ASAP. What is the issue here?!!
