Need to know how to add a gift card to my account.
Resolution Update: By partnering with support, we provided additional information on how to add a Verizon Gift Card to your account. For those with the same inquiry, you'll need to use the My Verizon website or app. Navigate to the "Pay Bill" section, choose to pay an amount, and then select "Add a payment method". Are you prepaid or postpaid? If you are prepaid, it's the "add funds" section of your account, which is a large box on the main screen where it shows your available balance. If you're postpaid, it's probably adding a payment method under your manage autopay settings. I'm prepaid, so don't really know how postpaid accounts look when logged into My Verizon.
