I recently spoke to an online agent who offered a nurse discount. He gave instructions on obtaining a nurse discount but when I log in this is the message I receive (below). Please help!

I can't see your screenshot for the time being because it's pending review, but am guessing the nurse discount was declined. If you are currently under contract where you have an existing promotion or other discount in effect, then you will not be able to receive the nurse discount. Promos and discounts aren't stackable, and trying to finagle with things while under contract will break the contract and subject you to early termination penalties.
