There are numerous posts on the VZW Community + on Reddit that document this....Yet Verizon will foolishly treat this as a device issue when it clearly is not. I've even tried contacting the "International Support Team" when on the island and they seem to be completely oblivious to this...Contacting Setar/Digicell doesn't help either.
Based on my own trips to the island + reading others posts, it was working prior to Dec 2024, but it has not worked since.
What's the deal Verizon?
