I added one new line in early July, and with it came an iPhone. Verizon sent an extra phone (in the mail), so I returned it to the Downingtown, PA store. It was still new and never opened. Verizon has not corrected my bill because the store did not send it back to the factory. But the outsourced Verizon support in another country said my 1000 dollar bill cannot be taken off the bill until that store sends the phone back. So I returned to to the store and waited another 50 minutes to just get a ticket number ( ticket number is *****) and August 22nd as a date for a new update. But they did not send the phone back because they sold it! Because Verizon cannot communicate, I still have an outstanding bill! As a customer for 21 years, fix this today!
