I recently upgraded my verizon wireless plan to an unlimited one. I am only able to access my text logs from the first billing cycle of the new plan. How can I view text logs prior to three months ago when I switched plans?
It is always good to have access to your account information, we'll be glad to help out. To clarify, changing your plan should not affect the previous logs that you had available. What happens when you go to view your previous cycles? Are you registered as the account owner on My Verizon?
