I need someone to help me because I had talked to one of your ppl about switching my payment date so I changed it from August 11 to August 20 and the guy said that my bill will be only $120 now but i looked on the app and it says my balance is $204 and some change, can someone help me please

There is one forum member who seems pretty conversant about prorated billing, so hopefully they'll stop by with more feedback. But I think what's happening is your next bill is showing a full month's bill for the time period up to August 11 and then the extra charges are coming in for a prorated month.

For those with similar questions, when you change your payment due date, your billing period changes. Please note that to adjust from the old to the new billing period, you may receive up to three separate bill statements within 45 days. Each of these bills may include a device payment charge, if applicable, which must be paid. The total number of your device payments will not change.
