Amazon Gift Card

I got a couple of promo offers when I signed up for Verizon (JBL speaker, $200 verizon gc, $200 amazon gc, and $50 amazon gc) and today I got an email to redeem the JBL speaker only, which is showing in my Pending Offers list. None of the other offers are showing in my Pending Offers list. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Same issue. Except it’s saying I redeemed a $350 Verizon gift card when I didn’t manually redeem anything & I didn’t receive any Verizon gift… did you get any answers? I feel like all I’ve done is explain my issues to 14 different people with the same end result- no answers
