While installing home internet, there was some damage to property (dryer machine) almost two months ago. I called Verizon multiple times. I called and left voicemails for a supervisor who oversees the installation team, but nothing. I was also told a manager will call me back, and once again, nothing. They had opened 5 different tickets, and for some reason they decided to close them. My last interaction was with a local manager; he told me the supervisor was going to contact me yesterday, 8/19, and I knew he was not going to do it. This is why I asked if I could get his number in case the supervisor would not call me, and he did not provide me a number; he only said that the supervisor will contact me for sure, but still nothing at this point. As a reference this problem started the second week of july.
