I have a landline phone (only) with Verizon. Have had this number for 30 years. I am moving in a week to a different part of the town - less than 3 miles away, and is definitely in the service area - and would like to keep the same service and phone number. Where on verizon.com can I do that? I have spend more than two hours on verizon.com and couldn't find a page to allow me to move my landline phone to a new address. Instead, I kept getting pages trying to sell me home internet. The AI chatbot is of no helps, directing me to the same home internet relocation page. Phone calls to the CS only lead to more frustrations. The AI agent seems baffled by me calling from a landline number and inquiring about moving a landline phone service, it either disconnect my calls or put me on hold (~ 80 minutes before my handset's battery ran low and I had to hang up. Does anyone know the correct web page to move my landline phone, or a way to get a live agent who can handle this? When I last moved 20+ years ago such task took only a simple 10-minute phone call. Nowadays I do not even see landline service concerns on the navigation bar, among support topics, indeed it is not even listed as a topic on this forum. Could anyone help? TIA
