Error Message Transferring Service

I am attempting to transfer my wifes account to my account (verizon to verizon) and I have the request number and pin. Once I go through the entire process and get to the "review your estimated monthly cost" page I keep getting the error message "We are experiencing a problem while connecting you to the server. Please try again later." I need help getting this done right away. Can someone at Verizon help??

Is your account prepaid? Prepaid accounts cannot accept Transfers of Service, unfortunately, because prepaid and postpaid accounts are 2 different parts of the company and different login URLs for My Verizon even. Otherwise, that sounds like a glitch. Several months ago it was being reported that service transfers were getting stuck for some technical reason, so maybe the bug has popped back up.
