I am FUMING with my recent plan change. Previous plan included Disney+ Premium, which is no longer available through any Verizon plan. I was told explicitly by the sales rep that I can “add on” the premium version through my account and “pay the difference” through the app. He went as far as writing down step-by-step instructions on how to do that. Apparently, this ISN’T possible and I’ve been lied to. I am completely dissatisfied with this and my experience.
