I originally had the highest 5G home Internet plan and I was promised so fast speed the fastest there is then they come out with this in these new plans and all of a sudden I’m paying the same price for the highest plan but getting the lowest service on top of that, they’re offering a $200 gift card for Amazon and a $350 Verizon gift card but I have to get a new device and every time I add a new line they double charge me if they pay if if they charge you in advance how is it postpaid what is going on. I’m scared to get it fixed cause every time I talk to somebody on the phone they end up canceling out all of my discounts and raising my bill like a couple hundred dollars and it takes another month to get it resolved And don’t get me started on how from the very beginning they have been backdoor Me with all of these incentives that they aren’t giving me but promise so much to get me in the door
