The last representative I spoke to upgraded my plan with promises to pay $55 for the whole year. Checked the bill and I don’t see it. He said my current WiFi extender will work on the new plan. No it doesn’t. He said I will get a second WiFi extender. Nope. I’m losing my first extender too.
I’ve lost faith in Verizon. I called up to improve my internet setup, and I ended up in worst condition.
