Offer Redemption

A little frustrating that I am supposed to get a JBL speaker & $200 Amazon gift card on 8/24/2025. I have reached out to customer services MULTIPLE times asking why the speaker box is showing as “pending offer” but NOT the amazon gift card… no answer. Just that “our team will investigate & get back to you in 5 days” & now my account is showing that I redeemed a Verizon gift card under redemption history, when I have not manually redeemed anything OR received any Verizon gift cards… why does it seem the redemption process with Verizon is always an issue?!?

Another 30+ mins wasted because the “wrong rep” reached out to me… & she has not responded back on chat… these customer service reps have got to do better!!!

I have this same issue and received similar responses. My redemption date is 8/30 and today a random $350 verizon gift card appeared in my redemption history.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The terms of this promotion lists "While supplies last". As this product is now out of stock, redemptions have been converted to a gift card of equal value.

These vague responses…. Are you saying that Amazon gift cards are no longer available so they are attempting to give me a Verizon Gift Card? If so

1. That’s ridiculous & of nowhere near the same value,, since it can only be used at Verizon.

2. If so- why does it say I redeemed it, when I in fact DID NOT

3. If so- Where is the gift card?? Because if it was “redeemed” it was NOT received…

Mine was due 48 hours after 18aug.and still nothing dont knw about the jbl cant redeem till sept 3rd but im sure il have same issue which is not receive there past the 8 weeks be delivered by on the gift card in there own terms and conditions never mind i recieved notification on 18 aug saying proceesed and to be delivered within 48 hours yea il believe im getting it when I get it which is not going happen won't let me out the words i want to put
