I am writing on behalf of the Ruxton Crossing community in Towson, MD. I am the property manager, and we have several significant safety concerns that need to be addressed immediately.
Across our community, we have multiple unsecured and damaged Verizon outdoor electrical and equipment boxes. Additionally, there are several uncovered electrical pits in the ground. They are serious safety hazards for our residents, including children and pets.
We are extremely concerned about potential injuries or accidents. We need to get these issues repaired as soon as possible.
