A Verizon technician installed a box on the rear of our home and drilled holes into the exterior brick. We now have significant water damage to the interior walls of our kitchen because the technician did not seal the holes he made. We are now having to tear out the interior wall to address the water damage. I have tried nearly a dozen times to report this damage over the phone to Verizon customer support, and the line just ends every time by saying this is not available in my area and hanging up. It is absolutely infuriating. We don't know what to do now.
