Hello. Im seeking help after exhausingly dealing with both verizon and samsung phone support as well as a supposed "executive case manager". All parties have basically blamed the other party as responsible for the issue and told me to kick rocks.
My issues is, i made a purchase on samsungs website of a z fold 7 using verizons trade in promotion for $1100 and financing. The order went through and I got my phone and activated it, however i see nothing on my account or bill about the transaction and if i try to initiate a trade in for the promo it only offers me $73.50 with no mention of the promo.
Samsung support insists the transaction went through no problem. Verizon cant find any info about the transaction or trade in their system. So im at an impass as to what to do about resolving this issue. no one wants to take responsibility and fix the issue. Funny thing is that im trying to actually pay for the phone like im supposed to and no one will fix it. As of right now the phone is essentially free, but im worried that months down the line the issue will actually be caught and then ill be on the hook for the full value of the phone.
So how do i get a hold of someone at Verizon who actually has the power to do something and isnt the outsourced support that genuinely doesnt understand my issue?
