I've been on hold for over 2 hours trying to contact customer service about an issue. I cannot login to my account because I cannot receive texts or calls for the 2FA so I cannot use chat or submit a support ticket. This is wild.
I recently received a phone as a gift and it is network locked to Verizon. I went to my local Verizon store and they told me they were unable to remove the network lock, but customer service could do it with no issue. I've now been waiting over 2 hours for something that likely could be resolved in under two minutes. Nothing at all against the in person staff, they were super nice and helpful.
