We switched from T-Mobile to Verizon in May 2025 and have been fighting for the past 4 months to get our e-rebate to pay our phones off at T-Mobile. I’ve sent my bill from T-mobile 7 times and keep getting told I do not qualify. We apparently “received” an e-rebate in my email that is missing and never claimed it in time. But now that it expired (even though I never received one) we are told we don’t qualify and we are just stuck with paying off our T-Mobile devices. Someone from Verizon please help me out.
