i have been trying to get ahold of executrive relations but no one answers the phone they talked to me once and closed the bbb claim i had and set that they were still going to help me with my account but i find that to be a lie. Megan or apsen never retiurned my calls no one answrs the phone. i have filed multiple complaimnts i have emailed CEO but to no avail it seems ike they dont care about me they are quick to take my money but when it comes to answering questions on my account they dont seem to have time for me at all i have been told some one will call or follow up but that also insnt the case is the past week i have called every day to try to speak with some one all i do is get put on hold or told there is nothing they can do exec utive relatins will call you back but again that is not the case i have filed complaint after complaint with BBB and FTC i tried to file complaint against reps but i just get hung up on i am so tried and disgusted fromthe treatment i get for just trying to get some help with my account and not taking no for an sweri have emailed the CEo and othgers over and over but to no avail why is it so hard for a multi billinion do0llar company to actually call some one backi and go over the account with them i have tried and tried spent hours and hours on phone with multiple people but get so sick and tired of explaining over and over to different reps i thought help was suppose to be easier to get and more person but that isnt the case either there is no reason to get such disrespect when trying to get help from the peole that are suppose top help but executive relations dont answer the phone i got onr email and im suppoise to settle for that i guess but no i am not settling for that i need to go over account aand things with them how do i actually get some one from the highest part of verizoin to actually assit me what do i have to do to get soem answersthe problem has been going on since januray and its now almopst september 8 or so months is crazy
