Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Offer

Verizon made an upgrade offer of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, $1300.00 value and does not have any in stock. Instead of offering the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, which is the same price they want to give an $800.00 credit and have me buy the other phone. They shouldn't make offers they cant / wont honor.

Thanks for letting us know about this. I saw the Samsung S24 Ultra is not in stock, but there is the S25 Ultra upgrade with $1000.00 off on the Unlimited Ultimate plan. How can I see about this deal also?? I keep getting texts about this and can't get the phone either sadly and none wants to help me.

Disclaimer: I didn't check the website, but if you're wanting a new S24, have you checked with Samsung directly to see if any are available? Many manufacturers offer the same kinds of deals as the large mobile carriers and may even sell you a carrier variant phone if that's what you're interested in. If you decide to buy a factory unlocked phone, the nice thing is you don't have to deal with bloatware, but carrier-specific apps won't work on an unlocked phone except for "My [carrier]" one.

Sorry you missed out on buying an S24 through Verizon. They must be trying to move older inventory since Samsung will be releasing a new S generation phone in a few more months, assuming they stick to their typical schedules, and the inventory ran out.

I placed an order for the s24 ultra, was charged the tax and activation fee and never received the phone. After calling and chatting for 2 weeks they told me it was out of stock and they don't know if they will get any back in. They finally removed the charges from my account but I still don't get the phone I wanted. You would think they would treat their customers better than they do. I'm ready to find a new provider after 21+ years.
