$250 Amazon Gift Card and $200 Gift Card

I signed up for 5G Home internet and was offered a $250 amazon gift card, $200 Verizon gift card, and a JBL Speaker, which shows on my receipt. I have been fighting for the rebates for months now and keep getting the run around. I have called so many times, created tickets, and still no gift card. They attempted to apply a credit to my account that I DO NOT WANT. What's going on ?

I haven’t received the Xbox promotion redeem that I clicked and signed up for on the app and the 250$ amazing gift card is still pending. And I have paid my bill in full every month for over a year.

I feel you I have a similar problem as well.....I actually received my rebate which I was completey grateful considering alot of Verizon customers dont even make it that far with these promised rebates......So the very next day I attempted to use the 200$ verizon gift card for some Beats by Dre Headphones only to have my 200$ rebate plus 20$ of my own money( for taxes etc....) subtracted from me but halfway while waiting for my order to be filled so I could go into the store and grab them they automatically cancelled the order because although the Renton Verizon Store showed that they were in stock , which i did check before ordering but they were bluffing because they had zero headphones there so that's why my order got cancelled. I was told not to worry blah blah it s going on what , 2 weeks and some change and I have literally spoken with them everyday have had so many open tickets its crazy. Have spoken to at least 20 different agents and it's really weird because each agent has promised me something different. You would think they would all say something similar because it should be written down or notes or something but nope been told a check is coming to my house , a credit on my bill, the money got put back on card, go ahead and order them just click add to bill option which wasn't an actually option. Been told everything under the sun yet im still without my refund and am thinking about now taking the next step and filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. Verizon. Customer service is horrible and they just tell you what you want to hear so they get a good feedback from you by politely I mean POLITELY lying straight to your face , insulting your intelligence. Something has to be done about this nonsense.
