I can't see your screenshot for the time being because it's pending review, but I guess My Verizon is the same as a certain competitor's app where if you hit "generate transfer PIN", then the app starts whining at you.

Also, email addresses are publicly listed by Verizon. If you’re stuck in tier-1, you can try contacting them instead of wasting hours. Just be polite and keep your case number handy. Remember they’re real people too, just doing their jobs!! Be reasonable!!
