I have been registered with Verizon Fios 300m since 6/28. However, I haven't been able to review my bill or make a payment. I called customer service multiple times and they couldn't locate my account from my email, phone, account number, or address. I also use verizon mobile, so I am unable to combine the service and get a discounts. I am also eligble for perks after installation.
Please advise what I can do. I am using the service but not being able to pay makes me guilty. If this problem continues, what can I do?
