I signed up for 5G home internet. Verizon shipped my package to the wrong address. FedEx changed the address on the package. I was on the phone with Verizon for several hours last night 8/21/2025 being told over and over that there was another package being sent to the correct address. I am on the phone with Verizon support now, 8/22/2025, being told that there was no second package sent. I am being told that Verizon is taking absolutely ZERO responsibility for shipping my package to an address that is not a part of my account. They are doing nothing to right their wrong. I am being told by FedEx that Verizon needs to communicate to them about the address, and I’m being told by Verizon that FedEx is working on it. I want out of this contract, I will never use Verizon again. I am disgusted with the treatment I have been receiving over and over.
