Get past statement for disconnected account

Hello,

Can someone please help me get a copy of a past bill for a disconnected account? I have tried every suggested solution and nothing works. I can't key in a number, last name and zip code for a disconnected account. That doesn't work. I can't register and then link an account number. That doesn't work. I feel like Verizon is purposely making this difficult so I can't get the information I need to have AT&T pay off the Verizon phones.

I've heard you can login to My Verizon for up to 6 months after disconnecting or porting out, if you use the User ID associated with the Verizon account. This is not necessarily the same as your forum username. If you've forgotten your User ID, try this link:

Final bills will generate at what would have been the end of your billing cycle, if you were still a Verizon customer. I've read elsewhere in the forums that it can take up to 2 billing cycles before everything clears out of the system, so your first "last bill" may only be for services in the last month. Then another final bill comes about 2 months after leaving which shows device payoff amounts and the like. These should arrive via snail mail.

Some people have reported having luck with getting last bills printed out by employees at corporate Verizon stores (not 3rd party ones). Others haven't been successful. There's also the one-time bill pay site which doesn't require logging into Verizon:
