Pretty much what the topic says. It says my account qualifies for a free network extender and every time I try to get it, it says empty cart and never adds it to cart. Can someone help me get this thing? Question mark? Thanks.

If you are trying to obtain a Verizon network extender via the storefront yourself, I don't see an option to get one for free. With Verizon telling you that you qualify for a free extender - I'm guessing they are aware you are in a weak signal area - this sounds like something a Verizon agent would have to process for you. Have you tried live chat where you type "live agent" to get a real person while logged into My Verizon?
