
I signed up for the 5g home internet on June 7 2025. When I signed up I signed up with the promise that I would get a $250 Amazon gift card, a $200 Verizon gift card, and a JBL party box. So far I was only able to redeem the JBL party box offer. The Amazon gift card says processed but I still haven’t received it. After talking to support for over an hour, they said that I would get the Amazon gift card within 48 hours but that was over a week ago and I still haven’t received it. And, on that same call, when I asked about the $200 Verizon gift card(I never even saw the opportunity to redeem this), the support specialist told me they would not honor that offer because I was supposedly given the choice between that $200 Verizon gift card and the $250 Amazon gift card, which I definitely was not given that choice, I was promised both (see picture I took of the offer when I signed up). This is my first time as a Verizon customer, and while I appreciate the offers, I would actually like them to honor their promises. Has anyone had similar experiences? If so how did you resolve it?
