I have an a15 that every time I put a SIM card in it and try to use it it gives me a 24-hour screen lock and I've been trying for about 7 days and Joe sent me two SIM cards and I need some help
I'm assuming this A15 is a bring your own device which you purchased outside of Verizon, but please correct me if I'm wrong. I'd run the IMEI of the phone on the compatibility checker (link below) to see if anything comes up about it. Wondering if the phone is blacklisted.
